Kaimai Property Management is locally owned and run by Liz Stewart.  Liz was born in the United Kingdom and moved to New Zealand in 2003.  She married Kiwi Dave Stewart, and has four children and three grandchildren. They live on a dairy farm on the outskirts of Matamata.

Liz has a passion for property management with more than five years’ experience in the local market. Liz’s great drivers in customer service are tenant selection, a zero rent arrears policy with a proven track record, professionalism and communication.
